When our founder struggled to find RICS mentorship within his own firm, he took a bold step: he approached a competitor and asked for help. That pivotal moment—and his subsequent first-time pass—led him to dedicate the last six years to mentoring over 30 candidates with a 98% success rate.
Why PASSD?
We believe geography and budget shouldn’t be barriers to professional excellence. PASSD provides a platform for surveyors to find the guidance they need. We work with both volunteer mentors and paid counselors, keeping costs accessible to ensure we can provide this lifeline everywhere, from London to the emerging markets of the developing world.
